Camar Flava
To close things out for 2015, we teamed up with DJ talent Kevlove to bring you the "Best Of 2015" mix. The charismatic and magnetizing voice in the intro and outro of the mix is Kingston's talent, Camar "Flava" Doyles, straight from the island of Jamaica.
The recording artist, writer, and producer's first appearance singing was at his church. Throughout his life, Camar gained inspiration from R&B groups Boyz II Men and Jodeci. Later during his career he opened up for the likes of R&B sensations Jagged Edge and 112. Camar has graced various stages and made appearances in both Jamaica and the United States and was featured on TEMPO; an MTV Music Video Channel for the Caribbean.
This March, Camar will be at Paradise Lost music festival and gearing up for Carnival in Jamaica. He will also be releasing the video for his single "Sun Comes Out" ft. Teetimus and is looking to complete his first official album this year, which is a fusion of dancehall and modern R&B and hip-hop. Watch his single "My Clothes" from his YouTube channel in the video below.
